How to Boneless on a Skateboard

A "no-comply" style trick involving grabbing the board, stepping off with the front foot, and jumping.

Step-by-step instructions

Setup. Back foot on the tail, front foot near the middle or front bolts.
Step and grab. Step off with your front foot while grabbing the board (often the toe edge or nose).
Jump. Jump with your back foot, bringing the board up with the grab, then land back on the board.

Classic street trick from the 80s/90s. Grab can be indy, mute, or nose. Get the step-off and jump timing down.

Boneless usually involves a grab and a clear jump; no-comply often uses the front foot step to pop the board.
