Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Skateparks.world: the website at skateparks.world and the iPhone app. They are short on purpose. By creating an account, or by posting ratings, comments, photos or suggestions, you agree to them.

Using Skateparks.world

• Browsing parks, the map, weather and directions is free and needs no account.
• Park details come from our team and our community. We work to keep them right, but parks change: check opening hours, prices and conditions before you go.
• Skateboarding, BMX, scooter and inline riding carry a risk of injury. You ride at your own risk and follow the rules of each park.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Use your real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You can delete your account at any time: in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or through our contact page. Deleting it removes your profile, ratings and photos.

What you post

You keep the rights to your ratings, comments and photos. By posting them you let us show them on Skateparks.world, the website and the app, and use them to describe the park. Only post photos you took yourself or have permission to share, and don't post photos where people can be identified without their consent.

Zero tolerance for abuse

Skateparks.world has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post:

• harassment, bullying, threats or hate based on who someone is
• sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content
• spam, advertising or misleading information
• someone else's personal information, or content you don't have the rights to
• anything illegal

Photos are checked before they are published. Anyone can report a comment or photo with the Report button, and you can block a person so you no longer see what they post. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or permanently ban the accounts behind it, without notice.

Suggestions

When you suggest an edit or a missing park, you let us use that information on Skateparks.world. If you share your location with a suggestion, we use it only to place the park. See our privacy information for how we handle personal data.

Liability

Skateparks.world is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses or injuries that come from using the information on Skateparks.world or from visiting a park. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll show them in the app or on the website before they apply. Danish law applies to these terms.
