Noyce Gardens is okay for a quick session but it's nothing special. The bank's alright, but everything feels pretty cramped, and the concrete's rough on wheels.
Decent spot if you're in the area, but it's definitely small. Not much to do beyond the bank, and it can get crowded with all the scooters.
